Sourcing Assistance Service

This is an integrated program designed to meet the requirements of our clients to source suitable manufactures delivering the required products with the right workmanship quality, price and within competitive lead times.
We also assist our clients with design sourcing. Every account has a dedicated merchant who is focused on providing his client new prints, new styles in adequation with his trends and requests.

Inspection Services

Visual inspections are carried out at the supplier's premises to ensure that the order executed is conform to the client's specifications.
An ANSI / ASQC Z1.4 statistical sampling procedure and/or similar standards are normally used.

The following points are checked during inspections to ensure their conformity : fabric, colors, style, accessories, weight, workmanship, measurements, labeling, packing assortment, carton marking.
A complete pre-shipment inspection program consists in :

• The Merchant and the Quality Inspector check every sample, size set and lab dips sent to the clients to ensure they match with the order. 
• Initial production check (IPC) : Fabric, accessories and measurements are checked and set for production. It permits timely correction and improvements before the bulk manufacturing. 
• On-line check / Mid Inspection : When at least 25% of the manufacturing has been completed, another inspection permits to ensure that the production is on the right track and that the suggestions made during IPC are implemented. 
• Final Random Inspection (FRI) : When the entire consignment is completed and ready to be shipped, quality inspectors from Joyline carry out a final random inspection based on "Acceptable Quality Levels" (AQL) method. Once the results are satisfactory, we would allow the manufacturer to ship the consignment and we will provide, both the client and the manufacturer, a  "Joyline Quality Certificate".
